2010 Private Housing Information:
Private Housing is offered beginning on the day of the Tournament Registration, Friday, April 9th, for qualifiers and Sunday, April 11th for main draw players. Housing ends the morning following the day of elimination from the tournament.

Housing is requested by completing and returning the Housing Contract and Housing Request by e-mail or mail to Toni Kirby so they are received no later than Friday, April 2nd for qualifiers and Monday, April 5th for main draw players. Any Requests received after the deadline are not guaranteed and will be provided only if additional space is available.
Requests for specific housing or roommates will be honored, if possible. Any special requests for housing prior to April 9th for qualifiers or April 11th for main draw players and after the morning following the day of elimination from the tournament must receive prior approval of the Housing Chairs and Tournament Committee. If you receive private housing you will be required to volunteer your time for either the Pro-Am or Kid’s Day on April 11th.
